Hi there, first of all, an UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME message
Tinka Butt
refers to damage in the file system of Windows.

What does the STOP error say? 0xC0000032? At any rate, try the Method 2

Other than that, if ur PC Restore (Image restore) with CTRL + F11 won't
work, you'd have to manually reinstall ur XP. Here is a link to help you
with that. You said that you have 3 disks, one needs to be the the Windows
XP CD, it will be Dell branded, so will have a big Dell across it. You will
also need the ''Drivers & Utilities Resource'' CD, & you probably have a
''for applications already installed on ur machine'' that probably
contains things like Roxio & such.

Here is the link, just follow the steps if this is what you end up having
to do:

Good Luck!
